I recognise the importance of good communication with the patient's referring Specialist and their General Practitioner (GP). When patients are discharged from hospital following investigation and/or treatment they will usually be provided with a brief hand written Discharge Summary which summarises the key aspects of their hospitalisation.

Through my extensive electronic international connections I can provide you with copies of the latest patient and professional literature. This does not have to relate to a patient under my care. You can phone me personally to discuss your request.
